Current Projects
IT Infrastructure for Genomic Analysis Tools
A production-grade infrastructure platform for deploying and orchestrating genomic analysis workflows at scale on Kubernetes clusters. This project combines Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerized deployments (Helm), and operational automation to enable reproducible, scalable bioinformatics pipelines across multiple cloud providers and on-premises environments using Argo Workflows, Nextflow and Cromwell.
Core Capabilities:
- Workflow Orchestration: Multi-layer support using Argo Workflows, Nextflow, and testing Cromwell through k8s backend integrations (TESK, Funnel, Poiesism etc) for Kubernetes-native execution and full resource management
- Workflow Scheduling: Support for job queuing system and scheduling using Kueue to manage resource quotas, job queuing, and dynamic allocation across multiple workflow engines
- Infrastructure as Code: Provisioning via Terraform
- Deployment & Resource Management: Using Helm charts for deploying the stack over Kubernetes
- CI/CD Automation: Bitbucket Pipelines integration

Past Projects
Canonical Charmed OpenStack Private Cloud Deployment Led the deployment and management of a Canonical Charmed OpenStack environment (MAAS + Juju + OpenStack), architecting and enabling scalable internal cloud services for research departments. This infrastructure supports:
